Gulf Extrusion, a leading aluminum extrusion company based in Dubai, chose to collaborate with us to design its new headquarters in Jebel Ali, aiming to maximize operational efficiency. The 3,500 square meter facility is crafted to support the company's diverse functional needs, embracing a design that promotes transparency and connectivity.

Gulf Extrusion requested that the space be articulated in a way that is both highly functional and representative of the company's identity. Our objective was to convey Gulf Extrusion’s perception to every space user — from clients to employees and the CEO — through careful selection of materials and their sensory reading, so that sight, touch and atmosphere communicate the brand. Offices are tailored for various departments, while modern meeting rooms, a product showroom, a large conference room, and a welcoming dining area are incorporated to foster interaction and collaboration.

The headquarters embodies the company's core values through its architectural choices. Glass is extensively used, symbolizing transparency and openness, and allowing natural light to permeate the interiors, seamlessly connecting the inside with the outside environment. Omani stone is prominently featured in walls and floors, representing the company's strength and durability. Wood elements introduce warmth, creating a balanced and inviting atmosphere. As a leading aluminum producer, Gulf Extrusion integrates aluminum into the structural elements and furnishings, reinforcing its brand identity. Artworks are thoughtfully selected to reflect the company’s ethical stance, emphasizing the importance of human relationships and ethical responsibility.

All furnishings and fixtures were custom-designed and produced to ensure coherence with the project’s material language and functional requirements. The redevelopment of this space is more than a functional upgrade; it's a deliberate alignment of architectural design with Gulf Extrusion’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and a collaborative ethos. This new headquarters marks a significant step forward, setting a benchmark for future developments aligned with the company's values.
